We will test your storage device for free, confirm which problem it has then provided you with an email or phone quote to seek your approval first. We will always offer you the cheapest option that will get your data back. If you decide not to approve the quote we give you, there is no charge to you for our time, and you may collect the storage media from us or pay a delivery fee for us to return it to you.
